Neuron Health Systems is a community-based provider of acute outpatient rehabilitation and medical and non-medical direct care. We deliver individualized, family-centered support — partnering with families and caregivers and applying an interdisciplinary approach so every patient can reach their fullest potential.

The Role

We're looking for a Direct Support Professional to help adults with developmental disabilities live full, independent lives in their homes and communities. This is an on-site role built around one-on-one support, day in and day out.

What You'll Do

• Support individuals with daily living skills, including hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Assist with community integration activities — appointments, errands, and recreational outings.
• Support individuals in building social, communication, and independent living skills.
• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the individual's plan.
• Monitor and document behavior, health status, and daily progress.
• Follow each individual's person-centered support plan.
• Communicate regularly with the care team about changes in needs or condition.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Patience, reliability, and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.
