2020 Companies is seeking a Director of Field Sales to lead a domestic client program who will report to the Program Manager. Leading a group of National Managers, the field management beneath them, and a diverse field force representing our client’s brand, you will own the execution of the client's vision and achieve all goals while building a positive leadership culture.
You are the client’s direct point of contact, partnering with them at the national and regional level to keep 2020 and client goals aligned. You lead the National Managers and coordinate field management to meet or exceed regional goals, meeting regularly with field leadership to build leadership and training skills and work through escalations. You secure the resources the program needs, manage region-level T&E budgets, enforce company policy, and document all counseling.
Success is measured by program KPIs tied to field performance, proper headcount, client satisfaction, and overall program profitability.
What You Bring
5–8 years of sales or business development experience and 3–5 years of retail, client, or sales management experience, with extensive retail sales management experience required. High-level PowerPoint proficiency and the ability to tell a story through digital media are essential. Superior leadership and presentation skills, as leading key presentations is a regular part of the job. Sound judgment, strong autonomy and time management, and 30%+ travel.

Job Description:
- Serve as the direct contact for the client and ensure program and client needs are being met
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients on national and regional levels to align 2020 and client goals
- Motivate, direct, and coordinate activities of the leadership to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives
- Coordinate activities of the field leadership to meet and/or exceed program’s goals and objectives
- Responsible for identifying and ensuring resources necessary to meet/exceed sales goals and objectives
- Effectively coach/mentor team members and ensure proper training in leadership techniques, products, policies, etc.
- Responsible for communicating and managing program-level T&E budget(s)
- Administer and document all counseling and terminations accurately and in a timely manner, while following established procedures
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Performance Measurements
- Meet established program KPIs related to field performance
- Ensure all programs maintain proper headcount in order to achieve expected program objectives
- Customer/client satisfaction based on candidate submission, field activity/objectives, and operational KPIs
- Overall profitability of the program
Qualifications
- 5-8 years sales or business development experience required
- 3-5 years retail, client, or sales management experience required
- Extensive field leadership/ sales management experience required
- A high level of proficiency in PowerPoint, attention to detail, and ability to tell stories through digital media is essential to the role
- Superior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skills; comfort leading key presentations will be a regular part of the role
- Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions, and problem-solve
- Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management skills
- An ability to travel 30%+ of the year to various events in the US and work flexible hours
