LTS Lohmann Therapie-Systeme AG is a global pharmaceutical technology and CDMO company specializing in advanced drug delivery systems for the pharmaceutical industry.

LTS Device Technologies is the wearable drug delivery stand-alone division of LTS Lohmann Therapie-Systeme AG, focused on innovative on-body drug delivery systems. The company develops and manufactures in Israel its products for Pharma companies.

About the role

We are looking for an excellent Director of Finance to join our team in Israel.

The position is hybrid - 4 days a week from the office, and 1 day from home.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the accounting team, government authorities reporting, FS and tax reports, payment to vendors, sales operation, billing and collection, cash flow, payroll and internal controls
• Managing company’s FP&A: annual budget, actual vs. plan analysis, projects monitoring, ongoing forecast updates and manufacturing cost analysis
• Support business decisions through financial analysis and profitability assessment
• Provide financial reporting, analysis and business insights to HQ and local management teams

Job Requirements:

• Education:
  • BA in Economics / Accounting or equivalent
  • Certified Public Accountant
• Job skills:
  • 7+ years of finance experience
  • 3-5 years in a leadership position
  • Experience managing finance operations and FP&A
  • Working experience in international company – advantage
• Computer skills:
  
  • Advanced Excel and BI/Reporting tools
  • Experience with SAP Business One - advantage
• Language skills:
  Fluent English, both written and spoken
