Provide quality financial insight and analytics in support of the Group Disability business.
Lead a team that provides the financial planning and forecasting process for the Disability business on GAAP and Statutory basis.

- Understand the Group Disability Insurance industry and competitive environment.
- Lead the preparation and development of presentations of forecasted operating results for presentation to business group heads and Financial Management executives.
- Support the Group Disability Insurance business with various ad hoc strategic projects, presentations and requests.
Qualifications
- Group Disability planning and analysis experience REQUIRED
- Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 8+ years of related experience
- Advanced degree and/or CPA/CFA a plus
- Knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting
