What You Will Do:

• Station Ownership: Manage the thorough set-up, safe operation, and breakdown of the dishwashing station, keeping the kitchen stocked with clean cookware and the front-of-house stocked with plate ware, silver, and glass.

• Environmental Cleanliness: Maintain clean and dry kitchen floors, a sanitized dish area, and tidy loading, dumpster pad, and waste oil areas in strict accordance with State and County Health Department standards.

• Operational Support: Complete all assigned opening, closing, and weekly deep-cleaning projects. Assist with basic food prep tasks, FOH/BOH cleaning, or office trash removal upon request.

• Team Communication: Maintain honest, open communication with coworkers and leadership, and consistently check out with a manager at the end of every shift.

What You Will Bring:

• The Experience: Previous back-of-house, dishwashing, or cleaning experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, but a great work ethic is key.

• The Skills: Strong physical stamina to stand for long shifts, handle heavy trash/waste oil removal, and maintain high sanitation standards under high-volume pacing.

• The Mindset: A punctual, reliable, and team-first attitude with a strong commitment to keeping the kitchen safe and organized.
