This role is an essential part of our kitchen team. You’ll help keep the heart of the pub moving, ensuring dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen tools are clean, organized, and ready for service. More than that, this is a chance to learn how a busy brewery pub operates from the inside out.

What you’ll do

• Wash, sanitize, dry, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish area throughout every shift.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, trash removal, recycling, and general back-of-house upkeep.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety standards.
• Support cooks and the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting/moving kitchen supplies and equipment as needed.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person.
