Dispatch Operator

Job Description Summary

Responsible for selecting, checking, and preparing plants for dispatch in accordance with shipment criteria, FIFO procedures, and delivery schedules.

Job Description

• Select plants according to established shipment criteria.
• Ensure selected plants follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) process.
• Check and ensure plants are free from pests and meet required quality standards.
• Perform plant sorting and preparation for shipment.
• Ensure dispatch activities are carried out according to the established schedule and rotation.
• Monitor shipment targets and support loading and unloading activities as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience in plant production, warehouse, dispatch, or related operations is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately.
• Able to follow work procedures and schedules.
• Physically fit and able to perform loading, unloading, and plant handling activities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
