About the opportunity
As a Dispatch Representative, you will support the coordination of service operations and help ensure customers receive timely and effective assistance. Acting as a point of contact between customers, Service Engineers, and internal teams, you will assist with scheduling activities, service coordination, and parts logistics while maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to develop a career in service operations within a dynamic international environment.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Your tasks include
- Coordinating service schedules and supporting the dispatch of Service Engineers to ensure timely customer support.
- Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates on service requests and appointments.
- Assisting with spare parts ordering and logistics activities to support service operations.
- Maintaining accurate service records, documentation, and operational data within company systems.
- Monitoring service requests and following up on open activities to ensure timely resolution.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience and smooth service execution.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, logistics, service coordination, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or service management systems is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
