- Make 50+ outbound calls per day
- Build and manage investor/cash buyer relationships
- Market wholesale and wholetail properties
- Track buyers, offers, follow-ups, and deal activity in Salesforce
- Coordinate with internal teams to move deals from contract to close
- Negotiate pricing and terms when needed
Preferred Experience:
- Real estate wholesale, wholetail, or disposition experience
- InvestorBase, PropStream, Zenlist, and Salesforce
- Strong phone sales, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Organized, fast-moving, and comfortable managing multiple deals
