About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and motivated DC Associate to join our Auckland Distribution Centre team. You will work closely with the DC Manager and Supervisor to support a wide range of warehouse operations, including dispatch, inventory management, inwards good processing, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Here's what's on offer

• Role: Distribution Centre Associate
• Employment Status: Permanent Full-time
• Days of work: Monday to Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm)
• Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: Wiri, Auckland
• Hourly Rate: $25.00

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer, production, and export orders accurately and on time.
  
• Process inventory and warehouse transactions accurately, ensuring system records match physical stock.
• Receive, unload, check, and receipting incoming stock in accordance with company procedures and biosecurity requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock locations through effective shelving, storage, and inventory control practices.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory management activities to achieve high stock accuracy standards.
  
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and support operational goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment while actively contributing to health and safety.
• Demonstrate company values through positive communication, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

What we're looking for

• Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory experience is ideal
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Be flexible, reliable and have good time management
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely including lifting
• Team player with strong communication skills
