We’re looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Merchant 1948 Bayfair store. You’ll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing store environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product – someone who loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and leads with care, confidence, and energy.

Here’s what’s on offer:

• Role: Store Manager
• Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30am - 6pm
  • Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:30am - 3pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am - 6pm
• Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
• Salary: $65,000 per annum + bonus potential!

What your day will look like:

• Leading and managing the daily operations of your store
• Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences
• Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets
• Championing a fun, inclusive, and supportive team culture
• Overseeing store presentation, stock levels and visual merchandising
• Managing admin, reporting and other key operational tasks
