ServiceLink, one of the top providers in the mortgage services industry, seeks an individual with a solid work history preferably in the mortgage industry, to join our team as a Doc Auditor. The ideal candidate will be well be able to research and review discrepancies, communicate with clients and keep logs of work in process. *This is an in-office role, required to work at ServiceLink's office in Moon Twp., PA. As such, all candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of our office, and must be willing and able to work in-office on a daily basis.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

In this role, you will…
. Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work . Communicate with clients. . Research and resolve discrepancies. . Maintain accurate records and logs
WHO YOU ARE
You possess …
. Advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.· High School diploma or equivalent required.. Typing/Data Entry skills, 35 wpm to 50 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate.. Possess good communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
· Review Work In Progress reports to ensure completion of assigned work
· Communication with clients
· Research and resolution of discrepancies
· Maintain accurate records and logs
· Reviewing all documentation for 100% accuracy
· Perform duties and responsibilities in a timely manner
· Maintain open communication with team members and team leader
· Address inquiries from clients and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner
· All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Must be able to use and have advanced computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products.
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Typing/Data Entry skills, 35 wpm to 50 wpm with a 95% accuracy rate.
· Possess good communication and customer service skills.
· Knowledge of Windows software applications.
· Knowledge of real estate terminology
