About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Draw Admin Assistant with experience in Post-Close Construction, Servicing, or Accounts Receivable/Payable, particularly in support of renovation loans, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with draw administration, manage financial processes, and ensure smooth operations specific to renovation loans in mortgage servicing. Experience in US Mortgage processes is highly desirable but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draw Administration: Process, manage, and track construction draw requests and payments, with a focus on renovation loan projects.
  • Post-Close Construction: Review and validate documentation for completed renovation projects and related loans.
  • Servicing Support: Assist with mortgage servicing tasks, including tracking renovation loan statuses, ensuring compliance, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee payments, invoices, and reconciliations related to renovation loan disbursements.
  • Collaboration: Work with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions for renovation projects.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and assist in audit preparations specific to renovation loan servicing.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Maintain professional, accurate communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure a seamless information flow.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Post-Close Construction, Servicing, or AR and AP, preferably with exposure to renovation loans.
  • Prior experience in US Mortgage processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial tools, spreadsheets, and mortgage management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
