Drilling Foreman (Saudi Arabia)

Job Summary:

The Drilling Foreman will oversee gas well completion operations in onshore fields, including hydraulic fracturing, perforation, acid stimulation, and flowback. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution of activities in line with government regulations and standards.

**Education:****Bachelor’s in **Petroleum Engineering or Management

**Experience:**Minimum 5 years of Experience.

Preferred Certifications:

• Well Completion Engineering
• Well Control
• HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all gas well completion activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Conduct JSAs, risk assessments, and enforce HSE protocols.
• Manage contractors, equipment, and logistics on site.
• Monitor well performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate operational and safety documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of completion engineering and well control
• Excellent field supervision and contractor management
• Proficient in safety protocols and real-time decision-making
