Driver/ Helper - Technical Department

Job Purpose

The main responsibilities of the job incumbent will be to assist all technicians’ indoor and outdoor interventions as well as the collection and delivery of products. He/ She will work hand in hand with the technicians to ensure an efficient & effective indoor and outdoor intervention and proper product handling.

Main Responsibilities

• To carry out tasks such as loading, unloading of household appliances
• Carrying and stacking these products in store
• Support technicians in their repairs at customers’ premises
• Ensure that the team follows Health & Safety practices and that only work allowing for such conformity is performed

• Ensure correct completion of paperwork
• Ensure that goods are safely secured

• Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner
• Prioritize workload to ensure time commitments are met

Requirements

• Minimum SC or equivalent certificate

• Physically fit and healthy and good eyesight
• Holder of a valid driving license (P/Car for 2.5T)
• Experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Willing to work odd hours
• Flexible, friendly and enthusiastic attitude

Specific physical requirement

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift heavy weight products repetitively
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
