Driver & Liaison Officer

Job Purpose

The job incumbent will be required to drive company vehicles to transport products / staff / documents to required destination and to coordinate the repairs of faulty / damages products with our partner’s after sales service.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient
• Ensure that collection / delivery of product is made in a safe and timely manner
• Chart out the best route possible in order to save time
• Ensure all product data is logged appropriately and that products are kept safe at all times
• Be able to describe, discuss and verify technical issues with our partners’ after sales service
• Ensure close follow up and ‘pass through’ time of items under repairs at our partners’ after sales service and provide related feedback to the customer service team
• Perform preventive and regular technical maintenance on vehicle
• Perform appropriate maintenance and keep company’s vehicle clean
• Any cognate duties

Profile

• A valid Driving License for 2.5T vehicle with good driving record
• Trustworthy
• Have a patient and polite attitude towards other road users
• Excellent practical driving skills and road safety awareness
• Basic English, French and Maths skills as well as good spoken and written communication skill
• 2 years’ experience in this field of activity
• Able to complete record sheets and paperwork
• A reasonable level of fitness
• Good communication / negotiation skills
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
