Dry Cargo General Logistic Officer

Job Description Summary :

Perform daily activities of dry cargo and containerize shipping chartering. Manage shipments delivery in a timely manner. Maintains relationships with carrier vendors and consistently and escalate and assist (internal &external) customer issues

Job Description :

• Focus in searching and booking vessel space and equipment.

• Track cargo movement from loading port until destination port (depend on sales term).

• Collect and give input to supervisor in negotiate to get the most competitive OF and other terms/conditions

• Communicate with related party to achieve operational excellence and reduce non necessary operational cost.

• Monitor all shipment activities are suitable with the terms and conditions of sales contract

• Helping buyer to follow up the cargo insurance claim process

Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in all major

• At least 1 year of working experience in Shipping, Cargo

• Must be fluent in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Good communication skills and attention to detail

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
