We are looking for Dutch customer support for a Customer Support Position in Lisbon

Requirements

• Native or near native Dutch

• A good level of written and spoken English (B2-C1)

• Team player and open minded

• Good knowledge of computer tools

• Excellent oral and written communication and argumentation skills

• Proactive, dynamic and motivated

• Non-European candidates need a work permit

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure quality service by responding to customer inquiries by phone, chat and/or e-mail

• Provide active listening and empathy

• Support and manage customer issues

• Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to various customer requests
