We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to own and scale our TikTok Shop business. This role will be responsible for end-to-end performance management, including driving GMV growth, optimizing key metrics, and ensuring overall account health and compliance.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives across affiliate strategy, agency and partner management, promotions, inventory planning, and fulfillment operations. This position requires a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

We’re looking for someone who is both detail-oriented and business-minded, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, can build and refine processes from the ground up, and is equally confident navigating between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

 

1. TikTok Shop Business Ownership & Performance

• Own end-to-end TikTok Shop business and drive GMV growth

• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV)

• Ensure overall account health, compliance, and platform performance

 

2. Affiliate, Agency & Partner Management

• Manage TikTok Shop agency and external partners

• Own affiliate strategy and performance optimization

• Collaborate with influencer marketing team to maximize sales

• Serve as the main point of contact for TikTok Shop AMs

 

3. Promotions & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute TikTok Shop promotions

• Manage campaign setup and updates within OMS

• Align promotional strategy with inventory and sales targets

 

4. Inventory Planning & Fulfillment Operations

• Own sales forecasting tailored to TikTok Shop dynamics

• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts

• Coordinate with 3PL for order fulfillment and issue resolution

 

5. Customer Experience & Fulfillment Coordination

• Coordinate with internal CS team on shipping-related issues

• Serve as the main point of contact with 3PL to resolve fulfillment and operational issues

• Identify fulfillment-related inefficiencies and improve overall customer experience

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management

• Direct experience with TikTok Shop preferred

• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry preferred

• Strong communication skills with agencies, external partners and cross-functional teams

• Fluency in both Korean and English required

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end operations

• Hands-on approach with the ability to execute and support strategic initiative
