Job Description

• Design, develop, and optimize two-way radio antennas for all company products.
• Perform RF simulations and circuit design to meet product performance specifications.
• Conduct validation and hands-on testing of antenna designs using RF laboratory equipment.
• Ensure all antenna and RF designs comply with internal reliability benchmarks and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna designs into product hardware.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in RF, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Good theoretical foundation in RF fundamentals and antenna design principles.
• Hands-on experience with simulation software, such as ADS, CST, or similar tool will be added advantage
• Good in using RF test equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, and CMW testers.
• Strong communication skills, good team spirit, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
