SUMMARY
The Electrician's Helper is responsible for assisting Foremen and Mechanics in the execution of electrical installations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates and gathers tools andsupplies
- Assistsintheinstallationof materialstoprojectscope,NECandcompany guidelines and qualitystandards
- Keeps worksite clean and free ofdebris
- FollowsallsafetyrulesandalertsaMechanicorForemanifsafetyhazardsare identified ·
- Accurately records time in the company's time trackingsystem

- Construction sites have slip and trip hazards, fall hazards, hazards from falling debris and other safety hazards. PPE such ashard hats, safety glasses and work boots are typicallyrequired.
WORK HOURS
- Theworkhoursforthisposition aretypically7:00a.m.to3:30p.m.witha30-minute lunchbreak,butmayvarybasedonclientneedandproject schedule.Anychanges in schedule will be announced by aForeman
- overtimeandweekendworkmayberequiredduringbusyperiods.
DRESS CODE
- Shirtsmusthaveaminimumof6"sleeves andmustbeoffulllength.
- Long pants are required except in rare cases where shorts are approved. Pants must be appropriate for a construction site, be clean and neat with no holes. sweat pants are not allowed. Undergarments should not beseen.
- Work boots are required. Safety shoes are recommended and may berequired on somejobs.Tennisshoes,sneakers,soft-soledorworn-outshoesarenotallowed.
- Apparel may not contain offensive language orimages.
