Electronics Testing Engineer | TLT Electronics

We are currently inviting an Electronics Testing Engineer to join our growing team and work with work with wide scope of ODM projects, ranging from initial product electronics design to the creation of custom testing stands in R&D department, in our manufacturing and R&D environment in Vilnius and Molėtai.

In this position, you will:

• Plan and execute electronics verification activities for prototypes and production-intent products.
• Perform functional, electrical, thermal, and reliability testing of electronic assemblies and systems.
• Work with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, signal generators, and logic analyzers.
• Analyze electronic failures, identify root causes, and support debugging activities.
• Develop and improve verification methodologies, test procedures, and test setups.
• Support EMC, ESD, and environmental pre-compliance verification activities.
• Prepare detailed verification reports, failure analysis documentation, and engineering feedback.
• Collaborate closely with electronics, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineering teams.
• Support prototype bring-up, validation, and iterative product development activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory infrastructure and verification processes.
• Learn and apply new knowledge in electronics verification, reliability engineering, and testing technologies.
  
  

Requirements

• Are passionate about electronics, testing, debugging, and product verification.
• Have strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Have hands-on experience working with laboratory measurement equipment.
• Can read and understand schematics, PCB documentation, and technical drawings.
• Have analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Have good attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
• Are methodical and organized in your work.
• Hold a higher education degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Salary

Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €16/hour - €25/hour (€2,700 – €4,200 per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

The employment contract states a fixed hourly salary before taxes.
