THE JOB:
As a Security Officer First Responder, you will be responsible for providing basic emergency medical needs to our team members and property guests while ensuring exceptional guest service. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $22.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Serves as a First Responder in emergency situations

• Patrols and monitor all areas of the property

• Provides excellent guest service to guests and employees

• Performs gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers

• Resolves complaints and issues involving both guests and employees

• Responds to emergencies as needed
  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Ability to participate in all evacuations procedures to aid guests and employees during an emergency

• Ability to operate emergency medical equipment

• Flexible schedule with at least one month’s advance notice of schedule availability

• Must be available to work one weekend per month

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must have an Emergency Medical Technician license by the State of Michigan
