Responsibilities

• Create employer branding content for LinkedIn and other channels
• Collect employee testimonials, photos, and videos
• Support updates to the careers page
• Track and report on engagement metrics
• Research industry employer branding trends
• Support employer brand initiatives and referral campaigns
• Help organize recruitment events and campus drives

Requirements

• Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Interest in employer branding and content creation
• Nice to have: Canva or social media experience
