Requirements

• Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Interest in recruitment and employer branding
• Nice to have: Canva or content creation skills, ATS or social media familiarity

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and university networks
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
• Keep candidate data updated in the ATS and post job ads
• Support candidate communication and recruitment events
• Create and schedule employer branding content (employee stories, culture highlights) for LinkedIn and other channels
• Collect testimonials, photos, and short videos from employees
• Track engagement and recruitment metrics, and report on them
