**Overview:**
As a Paralegal in our Employment Law Department, you’ll play a key role in supporting our plaintiffs’ side practice. You’ll assist our employment attorney with case preparation, client communication, discovery, and filings. **Responsibilities:**
- Work directly with the attorney to draft, revise, and organize employment-related documents, including demand letters, complaints, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Gather, review, and summarize client information, evidence, and supporting documentation.
- File documents with state and federal courts
- Communicate frequently with clients to collect information and provide case updates under attorney supervision.
- Maintain case files, calendars, and document databases to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing discovery responses, deposition exhibits, and settlement materials.
- Support ongoing case management, drafting correspondence, and maintaining clear communication within the team.
**Qualifications:**
Required:
- 2+ years of working in Employment or Labor Law, particularly employee rights and workplace matters.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management tools.
- Familiarity with California court filing procedures and e-filing systems.
Preferred:
- Paralegal Certificate or degree in Legal Studies or related field.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Job Type: Full-time & On-site
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
