Emplify Health by Gundersen Tri-County is seeking a full-time (0.9FTE) EMT to join our organization. This is your opportunity to do the work you love in beautiful Whitehall, WI.

What you will do:

• 12-hour shifts, Days & Nights. Every 3rd weekend, Every 3rd Holiday

• 0.9 FTE (72 hours every 2 weeks)

• Responds, treats, and transports patients in emergency and non-emergency settings.

• Functions as a crew member of an ambulance in both the 911 and the interfacility transfer environments.

• Performs EMT level clinical care under the guidelines of Gundersen Health System and Gundersen Tri-County Hospital and Clinics medical direction.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency

• ICS 100, 200 and 700 course certificates required within 60 days of hire

• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license (DL)

• Valid certified emergency vehicle operator (CEVO or EVOC) within 12 months of hire.

• National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (NREMT)

• Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician license

• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
