Enrollment Systems Integration Analyst

Must currently reside in the OKC metro area. This is a hybrid role.

Serves as technical liaison with enrollment system vendors while analyzing, documenting, and resolving complex, business-critical issues, and designing, implementing, and managing payroll and HCM/HRIS integrations to ensure accurate, compliant data exchange and system interoperability.

Subject matter expert in vendor system architecture, data model, features and functionality, reporting and setup tools, as well as company business models to provide technical support to Enrollment Solutions, AF IT and other AF departments interacting with vendor enrollment system.

Leads coordination of enrollment customization needs across internal teams, facilitating implementation of integrations and third-party enrollment platforms in alignment with department demands. Serves as a consultant to department management in evaluating system capabilities, monitoring release features and making technical recommendations for company use of such features.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred, commensurate experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree

Technical Skills and Requirements

• Strong business needs analysis and technical requirements background

• Knowledge of benefit administration and eligibility guidelines

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolution

• Business consulting experience

• Proficient in creating, organizing, and maintaining accurate and detailed documentation

• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience and customers dealing with complex situations variety of customers and audiences in complex situations.

• Understanding system-to-system communication patterns

• Interface testing and validation

• Data mapping and transformation logic
