Keenans are a well-established, estate and lettings agents and we have an amazing opportunity for Sales Negotiators to join our growing team in our Swinton Branch.

Have you got a proven track record and the skills we are looking for ?

A clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area is ideal.

A full UK driving licence is essential along with the ability to work alternate Saturdays.

If you are looking for a new and exciting challenge in the Property Industry we look forward to hearing from you.

Sales or Customer service experience within another sector is ideal.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Responsibilities:

• Call handle
• Diary Management
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyer and seller
• Cross-sell other services

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Skills/ Experience:

• Previous experience of working within estate agency is preferred but not essential
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• A real 'people person'

IT Skills

• Previous experience of working within a sales position, either face to face or over the phone

Hours:

Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30, Every other Saturday 09:00 -16:00 on a rota

28 days holiday including bank holidays

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Salary:

Salary negotiable depending on experience.+ Commission + Pension + Monthly bonuses
