Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief/Deputy Invigilators, the Exam Office Assistant supports the Crowdmark exam process by handling administrative tasks related to digital exam preparation and management.
Duties and responsibilities:
Organizing and preparing exam materials for digital processing and distribution.
Ensuring accurate record-keeping of exam submissions and materials.
Assisting with the distribution and tracking of exams through platforms.
Providing basic support for troubleshooting and resolving issues with the exam process.
Communicating with professors and invigilators to assist with exam-related queries.
Performing general office duties and supporting the smooth execution of the exam session.
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with basic digital tools and platforms. Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Punctuality and availability for the full duration of the employment period.
