Position Overview
Marketing Results is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Administrator to support our Licensed Division. This is an in-office position that requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can successfully manage multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable wearing many hats. This individual will play a key role in keeping projects moving, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Licensed Division.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Licensed Division.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets used for sales analysis, forecasting, inventory tracking, pricing, and reporting.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Track project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize product samples, shipments, trade show materials, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records, digital files, and documentation.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative support across multiple departments.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Take on special projects and provide support wherever needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of executive administrative, office management, or project coordination experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
