3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive, ideally a CEO or founder
Exceptional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
Proven ability to manage complex, fast-changing calendars and competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with shifting priorities, fully AI-native environment
Based in New York City
What we offer
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
Meaningful equity in a company at an early and critical stage of growth
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision
A front-row seat to how one of the most consequential companies of this era is built
Direct access to leadership and genuine influence over how Linero operates day to day
