In this position, you will help maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments while supporting the smooth flow of financial transactions across the business. You will be at the center of invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial record management, helping ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Your responsibilities

• Support the optimization of financial transactions and accounting processes.
• Review invoices and ensure appropriate documentation is in place before payment.
• Process invoice and general ledger data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Strengthen vendor and supplier relationships through timely and accurate payments.
• Assist in streamlining and improving accounts payable processes.
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliations.
• Generate purchase orders when required.
• Obtain and maintain required signatures for payment processing.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Support senior finance team members and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Expectations from you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Business Administration (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Practical experience with the double-entry accounting system.
• Proficiency in accounting software and related administrative activities.
• Auditing experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
