THE JOB:
Bring the energy and excitement of the casino floor to life as a Executive Host at MGM National Harbor! In this fast-paced role, you’ll expedite high-priority guest requests, make quick decisions, and ensure every interaction delivers VIP-level service. Be the heartbeat of the action annd help create unforgettable moments for our most valued guests.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Guest Relationship Management:Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with high-value players by delivering personalized service and memorable experiences.

• Business Growth & Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and develop new casino clientele to grow the property's player base and drive revenue.

• Incentive Delivery: Execute guest incentives—including comps, special offers, and exclusive access—to reward loyalty and drive continued visitation.

• On-Property Support & Events:Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the guest experience on property and represent the brand at key events and activations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum 21 years of age

• One year of prior relevant experience

• Two years of casino marketing, VP services, or sales experience preferred

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$55,600.00 - $74,200.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
