WHAT YOU DO
- Customer Experience: Represent the brand through high-quality interactions, guiding visitors through our vehicles, exhibits, and services.
- Guest Engagement: Create personalized customer journeys by welcoming guests and handling inquiries with a high level of service orientation.
- Studio Operations: Support in-store events and ensure the space consistently reflects premium brand standards.
- Customer Insights: Collect and document visitor feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall brand experience.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role; a background in automotive or luxury environments is a plus
- Deep passion for the automotive industry and premium brand experiences
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on service and customer orientation
- Hands-on, confident, and proactive mindset with flexibility regarding working hours (evenings and weekends)
- Full fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
