What You'll Do

• Lead and support painters and apprentices
• Oversee multiple crews and residential job sites
• Maintain high standards for prep, painting, cleanliness, and property protection
• Train team members and help develop their skills
• Communicate with customers throughout their projects
• Coordinate materials and keep jobs moving efficiently
• Complete final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with our production team to keep projects on track
