We’re looking to add a Finish Carpenter focused on interior and exterior trim, detailed prep, and minor repairs. Our work is primarily in occupied homes and commercial spaces, so attention to detail and professionalism are important. We do not work on new construction or apartment painting projects. All work is completed by our in-house team, no subcontractors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install and repair interior and exterior trim, baseboards, crown molding, casing, and siding details
• Complete exterior carpentry work including wood rot repair, siding replacement, and molding upgrades
• Perform detailed prep work to support clean, long-lasting paint finishes
• Handle minor repairs such as drywall patching, adjustments, and general carpentry fixes
• Work alongside painters and crew leaders to complete projects efficiently
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of finish carpentry, trim, or general construction experience
• Experience with exterior repairs (wood rot, siding, trim) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Professional attitude on job sites
