Qualifications

  • Technical/Vocational Diploma or Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field).
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities, property, or construction supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems, preventive maintenance, and building maintenance.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, reading technical drawings, and using Facilities Management Systems (FMS).
  • Preferably TESDA-certified (NC II/III) and with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training.
  • Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, decisive, and able to lead technical teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily maintenance operations and technical staff.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of campus facilities and MEPFS systems.
  • Manage FMS tickets, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance of maintenance work and contractor performance.
  • Monitor equipment, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and technical reports.
  • Support emergency response, facility projects, and regulatory compliance.
