Facility Maintenance Technician

A Facility Maintenance Technician will maintain the overall functionality of our facilities, providing routine maintenance to our buildings and grounds, and assisting with construction tasks and other special projects (e.g. concrete pours, painting, etc.) as needed. This position reports to our Project Manager. The position requires a candidate to be trustworthy, reliable, and hardworking – must take initiative, problem solve, and work to achieve the company mission and align with its core values.

Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (prolonged physical exertion, including standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs. repeatedly, frequently. Able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance, or similar field.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be accepted for coverage by the Company automobile insurance carrier (this is outside employer control).

Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
