Family Law Legal Assistant

Overview

Kelley Kronenberg is hiring a Legal Assistant to join it's growing Family Law team in Miami! This role will directly support a Partner in a growing division at the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to make an impact and is driven to exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

Prepares routine or complex legal documents for review by attorneys.

Forward e-service documents to clients.

Manage attorney calendars.

Coordinate hearings, depositions, and client meetings.

Efiles all necessary case documents with appropriare courts.

Answer incoming client phone calls.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in family law.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

MS Office Suite Knowledge a must.

ATO knowledge a plus.
