Fashion Librarian - Internship

The Fashion Librarian is a curious and empathetic person who cares to let designers and creatives consult always up-to-date sources based on Fashion industry.

Thanks to that contribution, he/she is represented as the guardian of a brand's history and identity.

 

Key Responsabilities:

- Work for internal loan requests and external, by using the business policy and procedure
-Collaborate in small and large projects which require heritage support
- Collaborate to promote the Library strategy, policies and procedures
- Organize and develop relations with suppliers
- Develop best practices regarding stocks and loans

Qualifications

• Degree at either graduate or postgraduate level in a fashion-related or arts and humanities subject or equivalent experience in a cultural heritage environment/ Degree in Library Science
• Passionate, positive, energetic, highly motivated person
• Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (best Excel use)
• Good knowledge of Sebina tool (plus)
• Excellent attention to details
• Master in Humanistic Informatics (plus)
• Great Passion for Fashion
• Excellent English knowledge (at least C1 level);
• Knowledge of a third language is an advantage but optional.
