About this role
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. Working closely with your colleagues, you'll deliver friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service, guiding guests through our menus, sharing promotions and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.

You'll also develop a thorough understanding of our menus, allergens and food safety procedures, ensuring guests can dine with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
You will be part of the Food and Beverage team supporting each other to consistently deliver memorable moments, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for greater guest experience. Here’s what you will be expected to do:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, guide them through the menu and specials, and provide attentive food and beverage service that exceeds expectations.
- To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the outlet, and to know where to find all the information.
- To be aware of all F&B Promotions in place in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
- Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, order taking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Encourage the highest standards across all areas (customer service, hygiene, health and safety)
