Field Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top level customer service to our customers, removing, building, and reinstalling hydraulic hoses on equipment and helping grow and develop our dynamic customer base. Successful candidates will be fully trained to operate a purpose-built PIRTEK service truck fitted with specialized equipment designed to fabricate flexible hose assemblies on site.

Responsibilities:

• Help owners develop strategy
• Answer telephone calls
• Acquire new accounts daily and weekly – prospecting, and working with current customers
• Drive sales through leads
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Make quick decisions in a fast-paced industry
• Dispatch road technicians
• Manage inventory
• Carry out service calls in the local area when no one else is available.
• Service, assemble and install hoses for our diverse customer’s base

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
• Mechanically Inclined
• Good Communication Skills
• Positive attitude
• Self-motivated
• Clean driving record
