The Field Service Engineer is responsible for Compliance & Safety, Installation/Commissioning, Maintenance/Repairs, Technical Support and Reporting.

This position reports to the Area Service Manager, Singapore and is part of the ASEAN Equipment Services Team

What you will do:

• Execute field service activities including installation, qualification, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of Cytiva equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer support by meeting service KPIs, maintaining accurate service records in CRM, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate across teams including Service Sales, Commercial, Logistics, and Product teams to support customer needs, prepare service recommendations, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Who you are:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience preferably in the Life Sciences or Biotech industry with a strong background in engineering. Automation experience/knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and with good problem-solving skills when faced with complex issues.
• Strong work ethics and able to maintain good rapport with customers and internal team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other ASEAN language is a plus.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Able to travel extensively and on short notice across Singapore and ASEAN.

• Good to have a valid driver’s license

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience to industrial automation systems and control platforms used in bioprocessing or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is an advantage.
