Responsibilities

The Opportunity

LatAm GBS Budgeteer supports the coordination of a world class GBS budget control as well as coordinate Opex consolidation, coordinating closure analysis, monthly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan for Opex function, consolidation of P&L lines to give holistic visibility of South Andean as a total Opex. Support in analysis of risks and opportunities. Consolidates monthly value realization reports. Coordinate standardization and continuous improvement of processes & models across region to create efficiencies. Help ensure relevant KPIs and service level agreements by supporting teams through customer service mindset.

Your Impact

As SC Fin Analyst your responsibilities would consist of …

• Deliver monthly budget act/fcst with special focus on non-labor expense; own all submissions.
• Review Opex and Total Opex actuals during pre-close/close with Functions; deliver LE & flash submission to functions highlighting main deviations and R&O; ensure spend is recorded in correct P&L line item
• Build forecast by account, month, and sub-function with clear understanding of all spend in AOP and Forecast
• Deliver monthly budget execution R&O
• Lead budget build-up, including analysis and alignment with sub-functions function
• Ensure actuals expenses accounting in line with USGAAP, Tax and policies
• Track KPIs: forecast accuracy, on time delivery, etc
• Support the planning, implementation and development the LATAM operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements
• Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them
• Develop cross divisional relations, establishing trust and understanding to affect broad based relentless continuous improvements
• Prepare, analize and present functional initiatives for Priorization Concuncil
• Give guiadance regarding OPex SoCo process to the budgeteers for other P&L lines.
• Key point of contact of FP&A team
• Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values
• Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues in other GBS locations

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
• Minimum 1 years in Finance organization
• Computer literate – Advanced Excel, Power Point
• Language: Spanish / English fluent
• Understanding of a P&L and its drivers
• Blend of control and planning finance
• Ability to understand financial models and scenarios
• Strategic Thinking and Planning skills
• Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience
