Responsibilities

As a Daily Routing Analyst, you will support daily delivery operations across multiple markets, helping turn customer orders, available resources and operational needs into effective delivery routes.

You will work with local teams and delivery specialists, using routing technology and data to support daily execution, monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve how resources are used.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, solving problems and learning how large-scale operations work.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Execute daily delivery routes using Omnitracs One Dispatch, ensuring plans are accurate and aligned with daily order and resource requirements.
• Work with local teams to understand delivery needs and support effective route execution.
• Monitor routing performance and key metrics such as hours, stops and cases.
• Support compliance with applicable transportation regulations and operating procedures.
• Maintain daily and weekly scorecards to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze operational information to identify risks, route imbalances or changes that may impact performance.
• Escalate relevant issues to local teams and support the identification of opportunities for further routing optimization.
• Collaborate with teams across different markets and communicate information clearly and effectively.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical and eager to learn.

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Management or a related field.
• Recent graduates are welcome. Internship, academic or early professional experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with numbers, identify patterns and understand how different factors impact results.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organization and ability to manage daily priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication and ability to work effectively with different teams.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes and technologies.

A Global & Dynamic Environment

This role supports operations across multiple markets, so flexibility is an important part of the position. Working hours rotate based on business needs and may include schedules such as 4:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., or 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Schedules are planned in advance, giving the team visibility while supporting coverage across different markets.
