We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to join our finance team in Prague. The successful candidate will support day-to-day financial operations, work with financial documentation and reporting, and help ensure accuracy across internal financial processes. Responsibilities:

• Process financial and accounting documentation
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and analytical materials
• Perform reconciliations with clients and suppliers
• Monitor accuracy and completeness of financial information
• Support internal financial operations and reporting processes
• Collaborate with the finance team on daily activities and ongoing projects

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• High level of responsibility and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Czech accounting principles
• Ability to work with large volumes of financial data
• English level B1+ or higher
