Working closely with the site and broader finance teams, you will help maintain strong financial controls, meet key reporting deadlines, and provide responsive support to operational stakeholders. What you will do?

• Process, reconcile and verify revenue transactions for accuracy
• Prepare and reconcile customer invoices and assist with outstanding account follow-up
• Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions and support timely supplier payments
• Support end-of-month processing and the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Respond to financial queries from operational teams and department managers
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with audit and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance processes

More about you

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable
• Experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, or revenue auditing
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations
• Experience using financial and POS systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict business deadlines
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Experience in the hospitality, events, or gaming sector is desirable
