Delaware North Australia is seeking a motivated and experienced part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Terminal 3, Perth Airport, WA. As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will support restaurant management while leading, coaching, and developing team members to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing outstanding guest service in a dynamic airport environment.

What you will do?

• Supervise and support a diverse team across shifts to ensure service excellence
• Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and customer care
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills
• Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas
• Manage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growth
• Mobilise, train and develop team members to perform at their best
• Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes
• Implement upselling and promotional initiatives to boost revenue
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More about you

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume hospitality venue
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety Certificate
• Skilled in bar operations, including barista preparation experience, preferred
• Passionate about hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and energetic approach
• Skilled in workforce mobilisation and team development
• Comfortable with labour controls and food cost management, desirable
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
