Finance Transformation and Shared Services Lead

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Finance Transformation and Shared Services Lead on behalf of one of our partner companies. You see finance as both a decision and control function, combining accuracy with the curiosity to turn numbers into action.

The partner is strengthening its capability in finance transformation across service delivery, systems and operating models. You will take responsibility for work that connects target operating model, shared services and automation, while ensuring that controls and service metrics receive appropriate discipline. How you will work

What you will bring

• Relevant experience delivering finance transformation across service delivery, systems and operating models in a demanding environment.

• Strong working knowledge of target operating model and shared services.

• Practical experience applying automation and controls.

• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving service metrics.

• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.

• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Experience that would add value

• Experience from international groups or finance transformation programmes.

• Exposure to change leadership in a cross-functional environment.

• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
